July Empties 2016:

July Empties 2016

While I didn’t use up a lot of products during July, I do have a few little bits and pieces that I’d like to share with you. I am anticipating a few product empties throughout August though, so sit tight for that. This is going to be brief post, with a returning empty, so let’s get started:

The first is the Simple Kind to Eyes Eye Make-Up Remover Pads, which I’ve mentioned in my April/May Favourites 2016 post.  I buy these wipes in bulk when Boot or Superdrug has a 3 for 2 type of deal going. I commonly use them for cleaning swatches off my hand when I prepare for photos for blog posts, but it has also proven useful when I declutter my makeup and test out products, or just need to swatch an eyeliner on the back of my hand so I can make sure the product dispenses properly. It’s a nice product, and one I keep going to back to.

Next are two Superdrug own-brand facial sheet masks. In order, they are the Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask and the Calming Facial Sheet Mask. These are nice masks, although I admit I prefer my Korean-branded sheet masks. However, if you’ve never tried a sheet mask before or want cheap and easy to get hold of masks, these are great options to go for. I wrote a First Impression post of the hydrating mask, if you want a more detailed post to read about it.

Finally, I remembered to use up one of the Dermaticin Collagen Gel Eye Patches, which I found myself indulging in during the heat in the height of a headache. I reviewed them in a blog post, so feel free to check that out if you’re curious of what I thought.

July wasn’t a big month for using up products, but it was a successful month for at least using up little sachets, as they need to be used and take up bits of space. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog post, and I will aim to post again on Friday. Until then, take care, and I wish you all the happiness and good health in the world.
