My sincerest apologies for how late this post is. The past few days have been a bit hectic for me, and although I could have rushed to write this post – I chose not to so I would end up ruining the quality of my blog post. So I’m writing this now while I have a bit more time.
So last month I aimed to carry on goals from March and they basically revolved around getting my act together and sticking to my routines properly. I’m definitely getting better, although I will admit my late night live streaming means I’m often finishing up so late that I’m so tired that my night time routine is then neglected. Little me just wants to go to bed!
I definitely put in more time to organise my vanity so I can say that’s a plus and if you’re interested in what my set up is like, then please let me know since then I can respond according to you what you guys as readers are interested in. It’s still cluttered – just because I do lack space, but it is organised in a way that I can see more of my skincare and makeup which is something I wanted to achieve. It’s definitely not where I want it to be – but with the lack of space I have to be reasonable about what I can realistically do.
I don’t really have too much I want to add my on-going list of goals from the past couple of months. Of the things I do want to add is to make use of my hidden skincare items I have set aside specifically for those unfortunate times when my skin is irritated or damaged. This only really occurred to me after an accident yesterday which has left my cheekbone around my right eye and one small area of my chin injured and uncomfortable. It’s something that will heal on its own in a few days, but it made me think about being prepared for how to deal with situations like these when my skin is uncomfortable to the point that even touching it or simple movements of my face are painful.
It’s meant that I also can’t use sheet masks recently even though I’ve been really feeling the desire to use them. I’ve been having headaches a little more often and what better way to wind down than to make myself pause for a while with a face mask? But with my skin this uncomfortable it means I’ll have to wait a few days.
I can’t really think of anything else I want to add – but I just want to say thank you for reading my blog post. I’m having a tough time keeping to a schedule, but it’s something I am working to overcome. So I just want to thank you for your patience while I get myself together and this blog back in shape.
